Raïssa Martins Fanton

An associate in the Civil Litigation and Credit Recovery practices, Raïssa Martins Fanton focuses on the judicial and out-of-court collection of corporate debt, enforcement of extrajudicial instruments and creditor representation in judicial reorganization proceedings. Her work centers on optimizing asset recovery in mid- and large-cap non-performing portfolios.

A graduate of Universidade São Judas Tadeu Law School, with continuing education in Corporate Restructuring at FGV Direito SP, she has built expertise in the debt-restructuring environment through out-of-court agreements that routinely deliver terms more favorable to creditors than those embedded in approved reorganization plans.

At FIUS since 2021, she works in close coordination with the Restructuring & Insolvency team and with financial-sector clients holding significant positions in distressed companies.
