Isadora Diniz

An associate in the Compliance and Regulatory practices, Isadora Diniz joined FIUS after working at a federal regulatory authority, where she developed a sharp view of how enforcement processes run and what agencies expect from regulated companies. She advises on integrity programs, anti-corruption policies and non-compliance incident management.

A graduate of UnB Law School (the University of Brasília) with a specialization in Regulatory Law from FGV Brasília, she covers sectors including supplementary healthcare, education, financial services and telecommunications infrastructure, where overlapping regulation requires careful mapping of sector-specific obligations.

She runs internal compliance workshops for client management teams and is the firm's go-to reference on questions involving Brazil's Anti-Corruption Law and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act as applied in the Brazilian environment.
