Giovanni Anderlini

An associate in the Real Estate and Corporate practices, Giovanni Anderlini works on real estate development projects, title analysis, structuring of real estate investment funds and the formation of SPEs (special-purpose entities) for residential and commercial developments. His complementary corporate background allows him to advise developers and builders on the internal structuring of the vehicles that hold their projects.
A graduate of FAAP Law School with a specialization in Real Estate Law from IRIB (the Brazilian Institute of Real Estate Registry Law), he previously worked in the legal department of one of São Paulo's largest developers, where he had direct exposure to the full real estate product cycle — from project approvals to post-delivery.
At FIUS since 2023, he contributes to the firm's growing real estate practice serving clients in gated-community land developments and mixed-use projects in São Paulo's interior.
