Guilherme Cremonesi works at the intersection of tax-driven M&A structuring and the contractual instruments that support those transactions. His practice includes tax due diligence, modeling of acquisition structures and the design of earn-out and price-adjustment mechanisms with tax efficiency in mind.
A graduate of UFMG Law School (the Federal University of Minas Gerais) and holder of an LLM in Taxation from NYU School of Law, he returned to Brazil after working at an international firm in New York, bringing a cross-border perspective to deals involving foreign investors in the Brazilian market.
He has a strong track record in acquisitions across the technology and agribusiness sectors, where the overlap between regional tax incentives and corporate structuring demands technical command across multiple fronts at once.
