Andrea specializes in advising on and structuring corporate transactions. She has deep experience in M&A, corporate reorganizations, joint ventures and shareholder disputes. She practiced in São Paulo at Mattos Filho and Pinheiro Neto, and brings international experience having worked as an M&A analyst at the investment bank Michel Dyens & Co.
Her international academic background includes time in France and Singapore, where she completed her MBA at INSEAD — ranked #1 in the Financial Times Global MBA Ranking.
