He works on structuring and reviewing tax models, leading high-complexity projects on indirect taxes and managing sensitive matters before tax authorities.
He has a strong track record in tax-reorganization and efficiency projects, compliance, liability review and tax-opportunity work. In recent years, he has devoted a significant portion of his practice to Tax Reform projects — advising companies on impact analysis, on the adaptation of operational structures and on transition strategies for the new consumption-tax system.
