Corporate work is one of FIUS's founding pillars. We advise on everything from the incorporation of new entities and the redesign of existing structures to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures — across transactions ranging from family businesses in generational transition to private equity funds exiting portfolio positions.

In M&A, our involvement goes well beyond documentation: we sit at the negotiation table, coordinate sector-specific due diligence and build structures that balance risk allocation, tax efficiency and regulatory viability. We have a meaningful track record in deals across healthcare, agribusiness, technology and infrastructure.

For holding-company governance, we work with business families and economic groups to structure shareholders' agreements, boards of directors, exit mechanics and dispute-resolution mechanisms — before the dispute ever arises. Succession planning and asset protection are inseparable parts of this work.
