Melina is the leader of the labor litigation department, focused on the development and technical guidance of the team. She has more than five years of experience in the labor courts in the private sphere, in addition to two years in the public sector. She works in the Regional Labor Courts holding hearings, oral arguments, and sensitive case orders. Melina conducts strategic analysis meetings, drafts, reviews pleadings, and carries out strategic alignments. She is responsible for meeting foreign clients and rendering personalized service to companies of various sizes and segments.
