Criminal defense attorney with extensive experience in a wide range of judicial, administrative, and investigative proceedings, before both public and private institutions. Provides direct and dedicated representation in Criminal Investigative Proceedings, acting as assistant to the prosecution, as well as preventive and/or emergency criminal defense for individuals and, primarily, legal entities. His practice also encompasses Police Investigations, Internal Investigations, Administrative Disciplinary Proceedings (PADs), Public Civil Actions (ACPs), complaints and representations, among other matters. He has extensive experience in developing evidentiary and hearing strategies and has also handled cases involving jury trials and criminal sentence enforcement. His practice further includes conducting due diligence and developing risk-prevention criteria related to criminal liability. He was a member of the Economic Criminal Law Committee of the 3rd Subsection of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), Campinas/SP, from August 2014 to June 2016 and from September 2016 to January 2021. He served as a legal intern with the Judiciary, the State Public Prosecutor’s Office, and the Federal Regional Attorney’s Office, under the Federal Attorney General’s Office (Advocacia-Geral da União – AGU).
