Talita is a specialist in Contract and International Law, she has been working for over ten years in the advisory area of Business Contracts, International Contracts, Real Estate, Negotiation, legal auditing, mapping and management of contracts and risks, the adaptation of contracts to the LGPD, preparation of Legal Opinions, as well as strategic solutions for risk mitigation.
