Specialist in Contract and International Law, Talita Orsini de Castro Garcia practices in contract, intellectual property, and real estate matters, with more than 10 years of advisory experience focused on developing structured domestic and international projects for mid-sized and large companies in industries such as pharmaceuticals, veterinary, automotive, technology, and chemicals.
She has solid experience structuring, negotiating, and strategically managing contracts and complex transactions, leading pre-litigation negotiations, mapping and mitigating legal risks, and preparing opinions and legal opinions, as well as structuring and protecting intellectual property assets, always aligning legal technique with companies’ operational dynamics and strategic objectives.
