Maurício holds a PhD in Law and has experience in business law, contractual and corporate structuring of business operations, and structuring new businesses in Brazil and abroad. President of the Global Legal Association (GLA). President of the Instituto Brasileiro de Relações Empresariais Internacionais (IBREI). Vice President of the Câmara de Comércio Uruguay-Brasil (CCUB). Scientific Coordinator of the Revista Brasileira de Direito Comercial. Member of the Brazilian Section of the BRICS+ Business Council (CEBRICS). Member of the B20 of the OECD. Member of the International Relations and Foreign Trade Committee of OAB/SP. Author of specialized books and articles. Coordinator and professor of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Business Law and Corporate Law. Full Professor in the Master’s Program at Escola Paulista de Direito (EPD).
