His work includes structuring and reviewing tax models, leading highly complex projects involving indirect taxes, and managing sensitive matters before tax authorities, including audits and administrative disputes.

He has strong experience in tax reorganization and efficiency projects, compliance, and the review of tax liabilities and opportunities. In recent years, a relevant part of his practice has been dedicated to projects related to the Brazilian Tax Reform, advising companies on impact analysis, adaptation of operational structures, and the development of transition strategies for the new consumption tax system.
