Andrea specializes in advising on and structuring corporate transactions. She has solid experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, and corporate disputes. She worked in São Paulo at Matos Filho and Pinheiro Neto and has international experience, having served as an M&A analyst at the investment bank Michel Dyens & Co.

Her international academic experience includes time in France and Singapore, where she completed an MBA at INSEAD, ranked #1 in the Financial Times Global MBA Ranking for several years.
