The Infrastructure practice area of Finocchio e Ustra assists national and international clients in structuring and implementing infrastructure projects and investment funds in public and private companies.

  • Regulatory advice to verify compliance with the regulations of each sector involved in the project;
  • Advice on structured contracts in projects such as construction, EPC, EPC-M, turn-key, and O&M, among others
  • Assistance in the analysis and drafting of integrated contractual models, such as Alliance Agreements, Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), and Framework Alliance Agreement (FAC-1), among others;
  • Structuring and legal and tax formalization of projects aiming at gains in accounting and tax, logistics, and production efficiency;
  • Assistance in bids involving the management and administration of infrastructure assets, such as authorizations, concessions, public-private partnerships (PPP), and leasing, among others;
  • Assistance in the presentation of infrastructure projects to the Public Administration, either within the scope of the Expression of Interest Procedure (EIP) or through an Unsolicited Proposal (UNP);
  • Participation in public hearings and assistance in public consultations involving the concession of infrastructure assets;
  • Analysis of infrastructure projects from the standpoint of compliance and compatibility with the ESG agenda;
  • Advisory services in the environmental licensing process for infrastructure projects, as well as advisory services for condemnations, when this is the responsibility of the grantee;
  • Advice on project structuring and financing.
