Submission must be executed through the Foreign Capital Information System for Direct Foreign Investment (in Portuguese, <em>Sistema de Presta\u00e7\u00e3o de Informa\u00e7\u00f5es de Capital Estrangeiro de Investimento Estrangeiro Direto<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>We emphasize that failure to submit the Declaration, deliver after the deadline, or with incorrect information, may result in fines of up to BRL 500,000.00, with increases in certain circumstances, in accordance with the legislation and regulations.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The deadline for the submission of the annual declaration on Foreign Direct Investment by recipients (\u201cDeclaration\u201d) is March 31st, 2025.
