{"id":17542,"date":"2024-03-11T18:04:10","date_gmt":"2024-03-11T21:04:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fius.com.br\/?p=17542"},"modified":"2024-03-11T18:04:10","modified_gmt":"2024-03-11T21:04:10","slug":"next-deadline-for-submitting-quarterly-financial-report-expires-in-march-31th","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fius.com.br\/en\/next-deadline-for-submitting-quarterly-financial-report-expires-in-march-31th\/","title":{"rendered":"NEXT DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING QUARTERLY FINANCIAL REPORT EXPIRES IN MARCH 31th"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The quarterly report (<strong>Quarterly<\/strong> <strong>Report<\/strong>) is applicable to Legal Entities headquartered in Brazil, whose shares are directly owned by non-resident investors (<strong>Receiving Companies<\/strong>), being required by the Brazilian Central Bank (<strong>BCB<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>The upcoming Quarterly Report, with a nearing submission deadline, applies to Receiving Companies that, on the respective base date, held total assets equal to or exceeding R$300,000,000.00 (three hundred million Reais).<\/p>\n<p>The Quarterly Report must be submitted with reference to the base dates December 31<sup>st<\/sup> of the previous year (transitional provision given by BCB Resolution No. 348\/2023), March 31<sup>st<\/sup>, June 30<sup>th<\/sup> and September 30<sup>th<\/sup>, within 90 days after each base date.<\/p>\n<p>Failure to submit the Report, as well as its delivery after the deadline or with misinformation, may result in fines of up to R$500,000.00 (five hundred thousand reais) by BCB, which may be increased in specific cases.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The quarterly report (Quarterly Report) is applicable to Legal Entities headquartered in Brazil, whose shares are directly owned by non-resident investors (Receiving Companies), being required by the Brazilian Central Bank (BCB).
