Felipe has experience and recurrent involvement in matters involving business contracts, real estate projects, transactions related to infrastructure assets, and contracts with direct and indirect Public Administration. He acts as an arbitrator in specialized chambers, especially in matters involving contractual and corporate law. He is a member of the Law and Economics Study Group at IDP/UnB, a member of the Infrastructure Committee of the Brazilian Institute of Business Law (IBRADEMP), a member of the Infrastructure Committee of the Brazilian Institute of Real Estate Law (IBRADIM), a member of the Infrastructure, Logistics, and Sustainable Development Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Section, as well as a member of the Contractual Arrangements and Public Contracts Committees of the Brazilian Institute of Construction Law (IBDIC).
