Vinícius works in Advisory Labour Law for Businesses, with experience in providing preventive legal support to companies across various sectors. His practice includes assisting with labour routines, drafting and reviewing employment contracts, internal policies and legal opinions, as well as offering strategic guidance to Human Resources departments.

He also advises on Collective Labour Law matters, including the interpretation of collective bargaining agreements, support in union negotiations and the adaptation of business practices to applicable collective rules, with a strong focus on risk mitigation and legal compliance.
