Thiago has experience in corporate and contractual advisory, including company formation, structuring, and reorganization, as well as the drafting and review of routine corporate documents.

He also has experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), advising both buy-side and sell-side parties from the negotiation phase through due diligence to the execution of definitive agreements.
