Sergio is a lawyer practising in the corporate area, with experience in corporate advisory services, including company structuring, wealth planning, M&A transactions, legal due diligence, and the mapping and implementation of corporate governance practices. He also works on succession planning for family businesses, the structuring of partnership agreements, corporate routines and structured transactions.
