Raíssa is a lawyer working in the Civil Law area, with experience in strategic litigation and credit recovery, particularly in cases involving contractual obligations, civil liability, and business relations. She manages cases end to end, prepares procedural documents, defines defence strategies, and conducts judicial and extrajudicial negotiations. Her work is guided by effectiveness, risk mitigation, and alignment with each client’s objectives.

She is currently a postgraduate student in Civil Procedural Law at PUC-RS and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from PUC-Campinas.
