Rachel has more than 12 years of experience in corporate law and M&A, advising and handling complex business negotiations in English and Spanish. She works on organizing, structuring, and establishing companies, partnerships, joint ventures, and other forms of businesses, and advises foreign investments in Brazil

She is a specialist in Contract Law and analyzes, negotiates, and drafts commercial contracts involving large corporations, as well as draws up legal opinions in civil and commercial/contract law.
