In Corporate Law, he has extensive experience with the corporate routines of family-owned structures, venture capital, private equity, and large companies (both private and public) in Brazil and abroad. His work spans the retail, logistics, energy, and chemical sectors, as well as corporate restructuring projects focused on planning, corporate governance, and succession.

In Estate and Succession Planning, Pedro has advised high-net-worth individuals, families, and family offices on the structuring, implementation, and maintenance of both domestic and international arrangements aimed at wealth preservation, tax efficiency, family governance, and succession planning.
