Marcella is a specialist in Tax Law with experience in identifying and recovering PIS, COFINS, ICMS, and IPI credits, as well as in tax planning and the drafting of legal opinions aimed at tax optimization. She has expertise in tax compliance, including the review of tax procedures and ancillary obligations. She also participates in projects involving the monetization of PIS and COFINS credit balances, with a focus on credit analysis and strategies for offsetting or reimbursement.
