Marcela is a lawyer specializing in Environmental Law, with experience advising individuals as well as national and multinational companies. She has expertise in corporate sustainability, forest preservation, climate change, the carbon market, biodiversity, and the rights of indigenous peoples. Her practice also includes regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, defense strategies, and the development of sustainable legal solutions across various sectors, including forestry, agriculture, energy, industry, mining, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics.
