Luis works in both labour litigation and advisory matters. In litigation, he acts in Labour Claims, handling procedural matters and ensuring the proper monitoring and conduct of proceedings. In advisory work, he supports Human Resources departments across a wide range of industries, providing guidance on HR routines and labour and social security issues.

His practice also includes drafting technical legal opinions, preparing and reviewing employment-related documents, conducting internal investigations, and performing labour and social security compliance audits, with a focus on ensuring regulatory compliance and mitigating legal risks for companies.
