Lucas is a specialist in Customs Law, working in advisory services and strategic judicial and administrative litigation. He advises small, medium, and large companies across various sectors on matters such as customs clearance, tariff classification, customs valuation, special regimes, tax assessment notices, tax recovery, and the preparation of technical and strategic legal opinions, always with a focus on efficiency and risk mitigation.

He also has experience dealing with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (RFB) and consenting authorities in urgent measures.
