Laura graduated in Law in 2023 and was admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SP) in the same year. She has over three years of experience in contracts and negotiations, working on contract drafting, review and management, as well as providing strategic support to companies across various sectors.

Her practice includes risk analysis, due diligence, conducting negotiations with suppliers and clients, and implementing improvements in internal compliance workflows, always with a focus on efficiency, risk mitigation, and alignment with business objectives.
