Giovanni works with Labor Complaints, inspections by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, and administrative proceedings. At the Prosecution Office, he carries out preparatory procedures and civil investigations. He assists companies from the most diverse sectors in the advisory sphere in labor, social security, and collective negotiations.
