Eduardo works in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures and complex, large-scale corporate reorganisations, acting from strategic structuring and coordination of due diligence processes to the negotiation of preliminary and definitive transaction documents, as well as the closing of transactions. He has relevant experience in highly sophisticated transactions involving multiple stakeholders, with particular focus in recent years on the fuel distribution and resale, sugar and ethanol, and electricity generation and trading sectors.
