Carolina is a specialist in business law, focusing on corporate law, M&A, and capital markets. She has solid experience in mergers and acquisitions, including distressed M&A, having worked on significant transactions involving companies in crisis or under judicial reorganization. She also advises on corporate reorganizations, business restructurings, and structured transactions, as well as the issuance of securities in both domestic and international markets. She has expertise in structuring complex corporate and financial transactions.
