Ana Clara is a lawyer specializing in Contract Law and currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Business Law at PUCRS. She has experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts of varying complexity, providing legal support tailored to the needs of each client.
Her work includes risk assessment, clause structuring, and strategic legal consultancy to support companies in the formalization and management of their business relationships.
