In consultancy, we offer essential services for monitoring and supporting the entire regulatory process. This includes obtaining licenses from federal, state and municipal administration agencies, as well as a strategic analysis to ensure legal compliance of corporate operations.
In litigation, we work on defining and structuring theses in legal proceedings and administrative violation assessment notices from the most diverse bodies of the direct and indirect public administration, such as, for example, Regulatory Agencies. This is an area that works on civil inquiries and public civil actions, compensation actions, negotiation of Conduct Adjustment Agreements (TAC), as well as urgent and precautionary measures. Our mission also includes suing seeking to annul any violation assessment notices and to represent our clients against any tax enforcement.

- Preparation of legal opinions;
- Obtaining and regularizing the various licenses required by the public authorities, such as: ANVISA [health surveillance agency], ANP [oil agency], MAPA [agricultural and supply ministry], ANATEL [telecommunications agency], ANEEL [electric power agency], IPEM/INMETRO [metrology and quality institute], IBAMA [environmental agency], etc;
- Representation of our clients in administrative proceedings and violation assessment notices from the most diverse bodies of the direct and indirect public administration;
- We follow-up, instruct and represent our clients civil inquiries and public civil actions filed by the Public Prosecutor’s Office (MP);
- We work on suit for damages, negotiation of Conduct Adjustment Agreements (TACs), urgent and precautionary measures;
- We provide legal advice on matters related to regulatory agencies and various public bodies, thus enabling that your business comply with regulatory requirements, and develop strategies to adapt your business projects to administrative, regulatory and environmental standards;
- We prepare answers and appeals in administrative proceedings involving violation assessment notices issued by public authorities;
- Representation of clients before Accounting Courts, administrative misconduct actions and collective actions;
- We prepare and define arguments to file Civil Representation with the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Accounting Court of the Federal Government (TCU-União).
