ESG

ESG has moved off the reporting page and into the room where decisions are made — about investment, access to credit and continuity of contracts with large buyers. FIUS helps companies turn that reality into competitive advantage — with legal substance, not just narrative.

We build ESG governance frameworks for companies that need to meet the requirements of multilateral lenders, impact funds and indices such as the ISE on B3 (the Brazilian stock exchange). That includes materiality mapping, structuring diversity and human-rights policies, and building supply chains with robust social due diligence. Where a gap exists between what a company reports and what it actually does, our role is to close it with concrete solutions.

On the regulatory side, we track the evolving sustainability-disclosure obligations imposed by the CVM (Brazil's securities regulator) and international markets, preparing companies for the new reporting standards aligned with the ISSB. Rigorous ESG — because greenwashing carries a regulatory and reputational cost no client can afford to absorb.
