COMITÊ DO BEM

The Comitê do Bem, founded in 2019 and formed by professionals from the legal and administrative areas of FIUS, promotes actions on two main fronts: integration and support for the community. 

The Committee’s objective is to engage and mobilize FIUS professionals in social responsibility actions and also integration of the office itself.

DIVERSITY & INCLUSION CENTER

SOU aims to raise agendas and discussions about diversity and inclusion, in addition to disseminating information on the topic and ensuring, every day, a diverse work environment based on respect for differences. 

Dynamics, lectures, training, and podcasts are held on related topics as well as hiring and growth policies independent of race, age, gender, sexual orientation, religion, and beliefs.

We support and help institutions such as Instituto Ingo Hoffmann, Grupo Primavera, Lar Pequeno Paraíso, and Clube Amigos dos Deficientes, among other support associations.
